Jackalyn Fink, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner program through Clarkson College. She values a hands-on approach to care and is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based treatment in the office, hospital, and surgery.

Her background as a registered nurse includes neuro trauma ICU, oncology, and outpatient surgery. Caring for patients during vulnerable moments has shaped a compassionate, professional approach grounded in clear communication and patient education. Raised in rural Nebraska, Jackalyn has a strong appreciation for accessible and high-quality surgical care.

Outside of work, Jackalyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, being outdoors, baking, and spending time with her golden retriever, June.

Dr Rathje is an outstanding surgeon. He takes time to make sure you are full of knowledge about your procedures and answers any and all questions, no matter how crazy they may be. He has amazing energy and makes you feel comfie in what you may be going thru. He and his nurses have this wonderful way of joking around to bring your anxiety down and they send you on your way with a smile and feeling as if you have hit the jackpot with a team that cares about you. My surgery has had some hurdles to cross but Dr Rathje has been there along with Amanda to make sure that I was taken care of and to explain why we were having those hurdles and held my hand as we worked to get me back up and going. Dr. Olberding prevented an emergency surgery for me by listening to symptoms and reviewing my history, which was from out of state. He swiftly scheduled me for surgery the morning after consultation due to the severity and painful symptoms I was having. My post surgical pain management was perfect. He also made my follow up call himself which is not standard in healthcare these days. My laparoscopic scars are nearly undetectable as well.
